Exercise Tracking

14 Sept: My Weight lose formula: kilojoules in vs kilojoules out; less kilojoules in than I use a day = weight lose.
More kilojoules in than used = weight gain. It’s a basic formula that doesn’t account for metabolism changes when dieting but hopefully it will work for me.
I’m going to be tracking my kilojoules used with my Apple(tm) Watch’s activity tracker.
